Four Roses Single Barrel OESV: Biergarten

This pick was done by Biergarten, they were kind enough to give us this pretty large, big ass sample to try and review.  They are a liquor store in Jenks, OK.

This is OESV, which is another of the same mash bill as all the other mash bills that have come to Oklahoma.  Not gonna lie, I kind of wish a different mash bill would make it to this area, please.  This particular one was aged 10 years and 5 months.

If you would like to check out any of my other Four Roses reviews you can find the link here. If you want to know all about the different mash bills or yeast, please go to Bourbonr, they’ve really nailed down the mash bill break down.

Overall:  I love Four Roses always.  This one packs a super great and delicious punch to your face, but in the best way possible.  Yum.  I do think this hits slightly on the too oaky side for me personally, but if that’s your gig, this is the Bourbon for you.  It’s big and bold and full of flavor.  If you are in the Jenka area, definitely swing by and pick this baby up for your collection.
